- Our buyer has been approved for his mortgage
- The appraisal price is good (biggest obstacle for most sellers due to the market and foreclosures)
- We agreed to fix the electrical, plumbing, and fireplace repairs per inspection report
- Buyer was agreed to accept roof as is
- We found a lovely place to rent while we look for a motorhome
This is definitely a blue sky day! Our closing is tentatively set for March 16th. So, now the mad dash begins We have to organize all the items that will be going to my brothers house and to Jen. Plus, there are still some household items, furniture, and odds and ends that we will need to sell or give to Goodwill. I'm anticipating some more sleepless nights as we get everything completed We also want the house to be nice and tidy for the new owner. Stay tuned!
