Love Those Smiles

Rochester, IN (62 degrees, clear blue skies)

We spent a wonderful time with my brother and his family over Easter.  The weather was perfect and Jackie cooked a delicious meal for us.

Evan (my nephew) was able to come home from Purdue and Jen (our daughter) and her boyfriend Matt came too.  There were lots of smiles!

Jen helping Evan with his math
Jackie cooking a delicious Easter dinner
Alison's "heaven in a dish" dessert
John carving the ham
Me, John, Jen, Matt, Alison, Evan, Jackie, and Harry

One of our projects was solving the poor sound quality for our TV in the motorhome located at the front above the dash.  It sounded muffled and we had to turn it way up to hear it.   My brother discovered that the speakers of the TV were covered for the most part by the wood cabinet.  There are other  speakers  located throughout the motorcoach for the radio.  Would it be possible to connect the TV sound to them...I asked?
My brother loves these kind of challenges.  He owns a Radio Shack and with the help of one of his employees we think a solution has been found.  We'll keep you posted on this in a future post.  He also installed an DVD player for our TV outside and straightened out some TV remote issues.  It's great to have a Technogeek for a brother.
We stayed for a few days and then took our coach to Elkhart for some repairs.  My brother shot this video as we were leaving.  It's a funny clip.  We hope that you had a wonderful Easter too.

Good luck with the sound system, I hope you get it worked out, sounds like you have the right people there to help with that.
