Enjoying our time in Sanibel

Sanibel, FL (92 degrees, HOT, slightly humid)

This fun sign is posted at the Chamber of Commence (visitor center) in Sanibel.  No snow in sight around here and in fact it starting to heat up.  We have been volunteering at J.N. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge for about a month and are loving it here.  What's not to love...

  3. You're dating yourself with the "loving spoonbills!"

I really need to bring my new cameras down there. There is so much to photograph. I've never seen a tanager and that baby kildeer was just so precious.

We're working on a trip somewhere.....hopefully. Maybe we'll see you soon!

  4. I am so envious of your living on the refuge. It just doesn't get much better than that.

  5. Like you, I really love those spoonbills! I see you don't have Oregon yet filled in on your map. Come visit us sometime! I hope to be in Florida next winter and see some of my own lovin spoonbills!
