And so it begins!!! We took the ferry from Port Angeles Washington to Victoria British Columbia and our dream trip has finally become a reality. Our first stop is Vancouver Island where we will spend the next ten days and then slowly wander through British Columbia to Alaska. Eventually we will meet up with two more couples and are currently traveling with our dear friends Barry and Jann. This trip has been in the planning stages for over a year but in reality it's been on our full timing bucket list from the beginning. I actually let out a deep breath when the ferry pulled away from the shore. We are on our way. Follow along with us by checking back for more posts about our visit

The view on the Alaska Ferry left me speechless when we left from Bellingham to Haines. Have fun.
